We offer flexible MOQ settings. For standard configuration tweaks — custom paint, voltage adjustments or private-label nameplates — the MOQ is 1 unit. For deep structural or hydraulic redesigns, MOQ is discussed case by case based on engineering feasibility and component sourcing limits.

Lead time depends on the configuration and component availability — imported hydraulic pumps and specific diesel engines are the usual variables, so we quote a firm schedule per order rather than a fixed number. The specification and production plan are frozen before manufacturing starts, and the confirmed delivery date is stated in writing on the order confirmation.

Yes, absolutely. For dealer orders we remain completely invisible: no factory logos, Chinese labels or supplier contact details appear on the rig frame, hydraulic control panel, engine cover, operation manuals or shipping crates.

Yes. Before production starts, we issue a detailed Specification Confirmation Sheet and General Arrangement (GA) drawing showing key external dimensions, weight, power options and interface specs. Production only begins after you review and formally approve every parameter — so there are zero surprises when the rig arrives.
